Event Description
The only all-women triathlon on Long Island. The perfect introduction for those new to the sport, as well as the seasoned athlete looking for an early season tune-up. Featuring a 400m pool swim in the FREEDOM pool at the Nassau County Aquatic Center, a 6-mile bike on CLOSED ROADS and a 2-mile run through beautiful Eisenhower Park.
