The LAT45 Challenge presented by North Country Hospital is a unique paddle-run-bike event held in the heart of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The race course is not only beautiful, but also crosses the 45th latitude twice!  The race begins with a 2 mile kayak.  The kayak then transitions into a 2.5 mile run.  The race finishes with a 12 mile bike ride. Proceeds will benefit local residents living with diabetes.Do it for the challenge, stay for the after party.
