Event Description

In light of the guidelines and restrictions as part of the updated executive order from the Governor of Puerto Rico, and in alignment with local officials, we regret to inform that 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Rico triathlon cannot take place and will now return on March 20, 2022.  Athletes that are registered for the race should have now received an email with further details or may contact [email protected] ​​​​for further assistance.The Puerto Rico Tourism Company has promoted the use of meticulous cleanliness and hygiene protocols in tourism businesses which resulted in Puerto Rico getting this prestigious certificationOld San Juan is like a museum of living history, where you can explore the impressive San Felipe del Morro and San Cristóbal castles or just wander through the cobblestone streets and soak up the unique architecture of the city. The triathlon community here provides remarkable support at this best-loved event. The 2021 IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Rico will offer qualifying slots to the 2021IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship.
