Event Description
The swim will be a 1600 meter counter clockwise triangular swim. The 25 mile bike course climbs out the lake and follows the dam to highway 16 for a flat and fast ride. The racers return to the lake on highway 22. The 10k run features a 90% flat fast run with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

- Packet pickup: 3:00 - 6:00 July 30th
- Registration ends: July 29th at 12:00 am
- Transition opens: 6:00, Transition closes 7:00 am
