The Iron Abe Triathlon Participants will swim 9/10 of a mile in the lake parallel to shore and thru the arches of Lindsay Bridge and then bike 24.8 miles on rolling prairie roads. Runners then embark on a 6.2 mile run. An awards ceremony will be at 11am. The race will start at 7:30 am on July 25, 2020 at Lake Springfield.
Abe's Olympic Tri 2020 race will start Saturday, 25th July 2020.
