We are a multi-discipline club that offers the right sport for every age group. When the club was founded in 1981, the main focus was on the sport of running. Since then we have grown enormously and have regularly expanded our range of sports with new sports and sports courses. The IfL Hof is also well known in competitive sports. An annual highlight is the GEALAN triathlon with numerous participants from near and far. With our more than 1,000 members, we are the fourth largest sports club in Hof and would be happy to welcome you as a new member in our club.
