Event Description

Once again the Pat Griskus Olympic Triathlon will serve as the USAT State of CT Age Group Championship! The Sprint Triathlon on the same day will serve as the USAT State of CT High School Champioship! Swim in clean and clear spring fed Lake Quassapaug, ride through classic New England farm country, run on shaded back roads. Olympic Tri (1mi swim, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run) and Duathlon (2mi run, 24mi bike, 6.2mi run)) NEW Sprint option also offered for 2019 - 1/2mi swim, 12mi bike, 3.1mi run (does NOT replace 33rd Pat Griskus Sprint Tri Wed eve July 7th, 2021)

Prizes for best Swim/Bike/Run splits, Women Specific size race shirts before May 15th, Complimentary Cold craft beer and picnic fare post race!
